It has been leaked by KEXP radio DJ Marco Collins last night via Twitter, that Sunny Day Real Estate will be recording a new record in May. This will be the band’s 5th LP and first album since 2000.
“Great news today. Just got an email from Nate [Mendel] from Sunny Day Real Estate/Foo Fighters… SDRE is recording A NEW RECORD IN MAY!!”
